Answers to your questions

How do I get a doctor's advice?
In the Vet Bondhu app, select your animal and send the problem details with photos — a case is created, and a registered DVM accepts it and advises by chat or video call. Until the app launches, the same service is available on WhatsApp or by phone.
Can a Para Vet treat directly?
No — this is our strictest rule. Treatment and prescriptions come only from a registered DVM. A Para Vet carries out services under a DVM's direction or an existing prescription. Only in defined emergencies may they give first aid, and they must inform the DVM immediately.
Can I buy medicine without a prescription?
General products can be bought directly. But for medicines that require a prescription, the app verifies your valid e-prescription before taking the order — this rule keeps animals safe.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery is simplest. You can also pay via bKash/Nagad/Rocket and submit the transaction number — our team verifies it, and every record is visible in your wallet.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
Complain within 48 hours of delivery and, after verification, the product is replaced or the full amount is refunded to your wallet. Published refund rules also apply stage-by-stage to cancelled consultations and visits.
I am a DVM / Para Vet — how do I join?
Contact us on WhatsApp or register as a professional in the app. For DVMs, the BVC registration number and certificate; for Para Vets, the training certificate — once verification is complete, your professional profile is activated.
